Cancellation Policy: At TPOC, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be canceled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Policy: You have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from delivery date of the order if it hasn't been installed, assembled and it is returned in its original packaging, and preferably within the first 48 hours to expedite the claim process. Customers should retain the original packaging for inspection.

Important:

  • Starting from January 1st, 2025, we will no longer accept returns for buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

  • Order Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, we will assist with a return or exchange to resolve the issue promptly.

  • If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts (free of charge), you will return the item and we will provide a full refund.

  • IMPORTANT: kindly hold on to the original packaging until you will inspect the contents! Original packaging is needed in case the item is damaged/defective/incorrect.

  • Also, to expedite resolution, we kindly request that items be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by photos or documentation of the issue.

  • Items shipped/returned to any other addresses or without RMA number will not be considered for a refund and may be returned back to sender.

All our products are warranted by the manufacturer, unless noted otherwise on our site. The warranty period and service may vary depending upon manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after the 7-day period has expired, please contact manufacturer directly. We can provide manufacturers information.

Mattresses

Return Policy: Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.

Damaged or Defective Orders: Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and pictures, emailed to tpocstore@gmail.com . Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund.

Return Policy: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We have multiple warehouse facilities. So, when you request a return we will send you the return address upon approval of the return. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If our warehouse facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (as applicable).

If you haven't registered an account on tpocstore.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

TPOC does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Customer Returns - Our customers must contact us before returning any logo printed products. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are not excepted. Our sizes are based off the United States standard of measurements. Which means they are TRUE to SIZE. So please order your size you typically wear in US measurements.
